Ah, to Pointen, per chance to Slutten

(Today) Don't know about the contest anymore. Don't care. Have learned am learning still some more...

Looks like MSN really doesn't care about metas and headers. I had one page on one site completely full of irrelevant stuff, like what beginners or paranoid site designers would do because the theory goes that it's best to tell a Search Engine EVERYTHING about a page.

So there's this page that is nowhere in the top 100 of Google or Yahoo, yet on MSN it's page one or two, a highly relevant result.

Does that make MSN better? I don't know. I don't think so, but I can't be a hundred percent sure.

At least I'm honest.

Evidently MSN by-passes header information except on the most rudimentary level (title, description) and dives into the content in the body of the site.

On that basis one could say MSN is either less finicky or more susceptible to being "fooled" by links and key-word stuffing.
